It is the intention of the City to provide computer equipment and software for internal use for the purpose of reporting to management and making operational data more meaningful. To this end the City recommends wider use of computer equipment and software for internal reporting and encourages greater use of approved software packages for enhanced reporting. All processing on the computer must be within guidelines established by the City.
