The Fourth Ward of the City shall embrace and include all that part of the territory of the City lying within the following boundary: Beginning at a point in the center of South Broadway and Fourth Street at the intersection thereof; thence northwest with the center of South Broadway to the intersection of Greenville Creek; thence northeast along Greenville Creek to the east line of the southwest quarter, Section 26; thence north along such Section line to its intersection with the north line of the City Park; thence west along the north line of the City Park to the southwest corner of the Kiwanis Health Camp; thence north along the east line of Kelsey Field to the intersection of Kelsey Drive; thence west along the south line of Kelsey Drive to a point sixty feet south of the southwest corner of Lot 3735; thence north along the west side of Lot 3735 to Lot 3722; thence north to Russ Road; thence east with the corporation line to its intersection with Wagner Avenue; thence south with the center of Wagner Avenue to its intersection with East Main Street; thence southwest with the center of East Main Street to the intersection with Greenville Creek; thence southeast along Greenville Creek to the intersection with East Fourth Street; thence southwest with the center of East Fourth Street to the place of beginning.
