The Third Ward of the City shall embrace and include all that part of the territory of the City lying within the following boundary: Beginning at a point in the center of South Broadway and Fourth Street at the intersection thereof; thence northeast along the center of East Fourth Street to the intersection with Greenville Creek; thence northwest along Greenville Creek to its intersection with East Main Street; thence northeast along the center of East Main Street to its intersection with Wagner Avenue; thence north along the center of Wagner .Avenue to its intersection with the corporation line; thence east and south to its intersection with Markwith Avenue; thence northwest along the Penn-Central Railroad to its intersection with Jackson Street; thence north along the center of Jackson Street to its intersection with Martin Street; thence west along the center of Martin Street to its intersection with South Broadway; thence northwest along the center of South Broadway to the place of beginning.
