204.02 ENGINEERING DATUM LEVEL.

(a) The datum for all levels for the City shall be sea level as established by the United States Geodetic Survey and marked by a brass plate in the northeast wall of the Darke County Court House, which mark carries an elevation of 1050.091 feet.

(b) All levels taken on City work shall be referred to this elevation.
