(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Violation of §§ 176.40 through 176.45 of this chapter shall be enforced pursuant to the procedures and penalties set forth herein. Any person violating or failing to comply with any provision, requirement or order issued pursuant to §§ 176.40 through 176.45 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and shall be fined up to $400. Additionally, all offenders shall be required to pay the court costs and attorney’s fees incurred by the village in enforcing §§ 176.40 through 176.45 of this chapter against them.
