(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Anyone found guilty of violating the Greenview Park closure hours existing under § 175.01 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of $100 to $500 per occurrence. At the direction of the village’s Board of Trustees, or designated officer, an individual may be banned from accessing the Greenview Park for a period of 30 days for a first offense, 60 days for a second offense and 90 days for a third offense. After a third offense, anyone violating the Greenview Park closure hours may be permanently banned from accessing the Greenview Park.
