(A) Holders of retail liquor licenses Class S shall be permitted to serve samples of alcohol and sell at retail during the hours designated on each holder’s license as determined by the Village Board per request on only the date their Class S liquor license is issued for.
(B) All holders of retail liquor license shall keep all spirits offered for sale as packaged liquor in a locked cabinet, case, behind a bar or counter top accessible only to employees of its establishment. For purposes of this subchapter, SPIRITS shall be defined as stated in 235 ILCS 5/1-3.02, the state’s Liquor Control Act.
