A mobile home park whose license has been voided, suspended, denied or revoked may be relicensed by submission of the application items required in § 152.20(A)(1) through (A)(4) of this chapter and an application fee of $50 which is non-refundable. Approval shall be issued if an inspection of the park by the village indicates compliance with this chapter, this code of ordinances and all village ordinances.
