All mobile home parks in operation as of the effective date of this code of ordinances and licensed by the Department, shall be entitled to a license from the village upon submission of an application containing the information set forth in § 152.20 of this chapter and the payment of an initial license fee of $50. Thereafter, the mobile home park shall be subject to license renewals in accordance with § 152.28 of this chapter.
