(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 130.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Unlawful possession of firearms, other than handguns, and firearm ammunition as set out in § 137.03 of this chapter is punishable under § 130.99 of this code of ordinances. Unlawful possession of handguns is a felony punishable under appropriate state law. The possession of each firearm or firearm ammunition in violation of § 137.03 of this chapter constitutes a single and separate violation.
