§ 135.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 130.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Gambling, as set out in § 135.02 of this chapter, is a Class A misdemeanor. A second or subsequent conviction under § 135.02(A)(3) through (A)(12) of this chapter is a Class 4 felony.
