§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 130.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   A violation of § 131.01(A)(1), (A)(2), (A)(3) or (A)(4) of this chapter is a Class B misdemeanor. A violation of § 131.01(A)(6) of this chapter is a Class A misdemeanor.

   (C)   A jackrocks violation as set out in § 131.03 of this chapter is a Class A misdemeanor.
