§ 112.07 APPEAL PROCEDURE.
   (A)   Any person aggrieved by a decision under §§ 112.04 or 112.06 of this chapter shall have the right to appeal to the Board of Trustees. The appeal shall be taken by filing with the Board of Trustees, within 14 days after notice of the decision has been mailed to the person’s last known address, a written statement setting forth the grounds for appeal. The Board of Trustees shall set the time and place for a hearing and notice for the hearing shall be given to the person in the same manner as provided in § 112.05 of this chapter.
   (B)   The order of the Board of Trustees after the hearing shall be final.
