§ 111.12 NUMBER OF LICENSES ISSUED.
   All licenses issued hereunder shall be designated by the classification as set forth by ordinance or resolution. There shall be a number of licenses as may be from time to time determined by the Board of Trustees. There may be in force at any time no more than that amount as set forth by ordinance or resolution.
