(A) No street, alley, sidewalk or other public ground shall be used for the storage of personal property, goods, wares or merchandise of any kind or description whatever.
(B) No person shall place or cause to be placed in or on any street, alley or sidewalk any barrel, box, crate, package or other obstruction of any kind or description whatsoever, and suffer the same to remain thereon longer than is prescribed in § 97.019 of this chapter.
