§ 97.006 SIDEWALKS CONSTITUTING NUISANCES.
   (A)   Every sidewalk which is so worn or out of repair as to endanger the safety of persons passing over the same, is declared to be a nuisance.
   (B)   No person shall hereafter suffer or permit the nuisance to exist in front of or adjoining premises owned or occupied by him or her. The owner of any property in front of or adjoining a village sidewalk shall be liable for all damages or injuries to persons or property arising from permitting or suffering a nuisance to exist thereon and any damage that may be recovered against the village in consequence thereof.
