(A) On receipt of a citation alleging a violation of any section of this chapter, the violator may pay one-half of the minimum fine provided in this chapter at the Village Hall; provided that, this amount is paid with ten working days of issuance of the citation.
(B) After ten working days of the issuance of a citation, the full minimum fine applicable to the violation must be paid to avoid prosecution.
