§ 91.26 INOCULATION TO BE PERFORMED BY LICENSED VETERINARIAN; ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE.
   (A)   (1)   The inoculation of dogs required by this subchapter shall be performed by a veterinarian, duly licensed to practice in this state or in the state in which the inoculation was performed.
      (2)   On performing the inoculation, the veterinarian shall issue to the owner or keeper a certificate of that fact.
   (B)   Each owner or keeper is responsible for obtaining annually from the County Clerk a metallic tag suitable for attaching to the collar of the dog which tag shall also certify to the fact of inoculation against rabies. The tag shall be in a form as shall be determined by the Department of Agriculture and adopted for use by the County Clerk.
