§ 91.25 INOCULATION OF DOGS; INOCULATION TAG AFFIXED TO COLLARS.
   (A)   Each calendar year, or at intervals as may hereafter be promulgated by the Department of Agriculture, every owner or keeper of a dog which is four months of age or older shall cause the dog to be inoculated against rabies.
   (B)   The owner or keeper of the dog shall cause a serially numbered tag evidencing the inoculation to be attached to a collar or harness worn by the dog at all times.
