(A) Generally. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Reckless driving. Every person convicted of reckless driving shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor, except as provided under 625 ILCS 5/11-503 for felony offenses.

(C) Street racing.
(1) Any person who is convicted of a violation of § 76.02(A) or (B)(2) of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor for the first offense and shall be subject to a minimum fine of $250. Any person convicted of a violation of § 76.02(A) or (B)(2) of this chapter a second or subsequent time shall be guilty of a Class Four felony and shall be subject to a minimum fine of $500. The driver’s license of any person convicted of § 76.02(A) or (B)(2) of this chapter shall be revoked in the manner provided by 625 ILCS 5/6-205.
(3) Aggravated street racing, as set out in § 76.02(D) of this chapter, is a Class Four felony for which the defendant, if sentenced to a term of imprisonment, shall be sentenced to not less than one year nor more than 12 years.

(D) Reporting and rendering aid. Any person failing to comply with § 76.04 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.

(E) Crash involving damage. Any person failing to comply with § 76.05 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.

(F) Damaging unattended property. Any person failing to comply with § 76.06 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.

(G) False reports. Any person violating § 76.07 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor.
