(A) No unauthorized person shall uncover, make any connection with or opening into, alter or disturb any public sewer or appurtenance thereof without first paying the appropriate fee to the Clerk-Treasurer.
(B) There shall be two different classes of permit fees, as follows.
(1) A permit and inspection fee of $50 shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer at the time of application for all residential or commercial building sewer permits.
(2) A permit and inspection fee of $100 shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer at the time of application for all industrial sewer permits.
