(A) No subdivision shall be approved unless the area to be subdivided includes frontage on or access from an existing street as designated by the town’s street map and provided that such street has an existing public right-of-way allowing public access to the subdivided area.
(B) Streets shall be graded and improved in accordance with the Construction Standards and the approved construction plans and as provided herein.
