(A) All utility lines including, but not limited to, gas, electric, telephone and cable television shall be located underground throughout the subdivision within public rights-of-way or dedicated utility easements. Underground service connections to each platted lot shall be installed at the subdivider’s expense.
(B) Easements centered on the rear lot lines shall be provided for public and private utilities. Such easements shall be at least 15 feet in width and centered on the lots. Additional utility easements of equal width shall be provided along side lot lines where necessary to complete the utility work as approved by the Commission.
