(A) Monuments consisting of a steel pin encased in concrete shall be placed under the supervision of a registered land surveyor. The steel pin shall be one-half inch in diameter and 30 inches long. The concrete encasement shall consist of a minimum four-inch diameter pier 30 inches long. The top of the steel pin centered in the concrete shall be one-fourth inch above the top of the concrete. Monuments shall be placed at each corner or angle of the outside boundary of the subdivision and shall be set following the grading of each phase so that the top of the monument is level with the finished grade.
(B) The corners of all lots not marked by monuments as described above shall be marked by galvanized or wrought iron pipe or by iron or steel bars at least 30 inches in length and not less than one inch in diameter, the top of said pipe or bar to be set level with the surrounding ground. Markings shall include all angles and points of curvature as may be required to reestablish the lot boundaries. All lot staking shall be performed under the supervision of a registered land surveyor.
