In addition to the requirements established herein, all subdivision plats and improvements shall comply with the following laws, rules, and regulations:
(A) All applicable federal, state and local statutory provisions;
(B) The town’s zoning ordinance and Comprehensive Plan and all other applicable laws and ordinances of the appropriate jurisdictions;
(C) The town’s Construction Standards;
(D) All applicable rules and regulations of the county’s Health Department;
(E) The rules and regulations of the state’s Department of Transportation if the subdivision or any lot contained therein abuts a state highway or state frontage road; and
(F) All pertinent standards contained within the current planning guides published by the Advisory Plan Commission.
