§ 155.026 ADVISORY MEETING WITH ADMINISTRATOR.
Whenever the owner of any tract or parcel of land in the planning or corporate limits of the town intends to make a subdivision or PUD, the subdivider shall first meet and consult informally with the Administrator to discuss the nature of the land division being proposed. At this meeting, the Administrator will discuss the classification of the subdivision and what regulatory procedures apply as required by this chapter. Discussions may also be held regarding the general layout of streets and reservations of land, drainage, fire protection and the availability of existing utilities and services. At the same meeting, the subdivider should review with the Administrator the minimum standards of subdivision design set forth in this chapter and as required by the town’s Construction Standards. The distinction between major and minor subdivisions as defined in this chapter shall be made by the Commission when the applicant submits an application for sketch plan approval.
