§ 155.025 REQUIRED PROCEDURE.
   The procedure for the review and approval of a subdivision or planned unit development (PUD) plat shall consist of four separate steps, in sequence: an informal discussion meeting with the Administrator, the submission of a preliminary plat of the proposed subdivision, the submission of construction plans of the proposed subdivision and the submission of a final plat of the subdivision. No person proposing a subdivision shall proceed with any grading and improvements for streets or the installation of public utilities until the preliminary plat and construction plans of the proposed subdivision are approved by the Plan Commission.
