(A) Lift station structures and valve vaults shall be made watertight and be of a size and dimensions as shown on the plans in Appendix A of this chapter.
(B) Precast structures shall meet all requirements of § 154.145 of this chapter except that flat-top slabs shall be used in place of eccentric cones.
(C) Where required by the plans, access hatch frames as specified herein shall be integrally cast into the top slab.
(D) All discharge manholes subject to sewer gases shall be protected by a sprayable, solvent-free, two-component polymeric moisture/chemical barrier specifically developed for the corrosive wastewater environment. The protective barrier shall be Spectrashield by Spectra-tech, L.L.C., or an approved equal.
