§ 51.02 YARD AND GARDEN WASTE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any individual to set out for collection by the town’s collection crews any yard or garden waste. For the purposes of this section, YARD OR GARDEN WASTE shall include, but not be limited to, grass clippings, weeds, leaves, brush and similar organic waste.
   (B)   In the event that any individual does set out yard or garden waste for collection in violation of this section, collection crews may refuse to collect any and all of the waste materials set out for collection by said individual.
