§ 50.01 AUTHORITY OF THE CLERK- TREASURER.

The Clerk-Treasurer of the town shall control the operations, personnel and budget of the municipally- owned utilities including, but not limited to, water and wastewater operations in accordance with I.C. 36-5-6-6 and I.C. 36-5-6-7.
