Any person who violates a provision of this chapter or any regulations herein contained shall be given a “notice of violation”, at which time he or she shall have ten days to correct such violation. After ten days, should the violation not be corrected, then he or she shall be issued a “stop-work notice” and fined $300 for each day in violation.
