(A) Damaged area treatment. All damaged areas not under pavement shall be graded and seeded. Topsoil, either stockpiled or new, shall be placed to a minimum depth of six inches before the placement of seed mixtures.
(B) Seed. The seed mixture shall be a commercially-available, residential seed mixture consisting of a blend of perennial rye (30% of total), bluegrass (40% of total) and Kentucky fescue (30% of total). Seed shall be applied at a minimum rate of 220 lbs/acre.
(C) Fertilizer. Fertilizer shall be 12-12-12 and applied at a rate of 500 lbs/acre.
(D) Mulch. Mulch consisting of straw, alfalfa or soybean hay shall be applied after seeding in order to assist the seed growth. Mulch shall be applied in sufficient quantity to hold the seed in place.
(E) Limestone. Limestone shall be agricultural ground with a minimum total neutralizing power of 90, and at least 40% shall pass a No. 100 sieve and 90% shall pass a No. 8 sieve. Apply at 1,100 lbs/acre.
