Upon completion of all trenching, excavation, utility installation and backfill operations, the contractor shall restore surfaces to a condition equal to the original condition. Such restoration shall include pavement, concrete, gravel or grassed areas as specified in this subchapter and as shown in the details in Appendix A of this chapter.
