(A) The town’s Board of Zoning Appeals shall hear and decide appeals and requests for variances from the requirements of this chapter. The Board shall hear and decide appeals when it is alleged that an error in any requirement, determination or decision is made by the Floodplain Administrator in the enforcement or administration of this chapter.
(B) Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Board may appeal such decision to the county’s Circuit Court.
