For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires a different meaning.
PERSON. Any firm, corporation, partnership, voluntary association or organization of every nature, as well as individuals.
SIDEWALK. Any sidewalk adjoining any public street. A SIDEWALK shall not include any crosswalk or any portion of any driveway between the street and the proposed or existing walk.
