(A) Any person, organization, partnership, firm or corporation which violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $250 for a first offense, not to exceed $500 for a second offense and not to exceed $1,000 for each subsequent offense. A separate offense shall be deemed to be committed on each day when a violation occurs or continues.
(B) In addition to all other penalties, the town may seek injunctive relief to prevent ongoing violations of this chapter.
