(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) The cost incurred by the town to abate a violation of §§ 93.01 through 93.09 of this chapter is as follows: for the cutting and removal of weeds during the calendar year, the town shall charge the first event at $50 per hour with a minimum charge of the one-hour rate, a second offense at $75 per hour, a third offense at $100 per hour, a fourth offense at $125 per hour and a fifth offense at $150 per hour.
