§ 92.16 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.

The Department of Animal Services shall be primarily responsible for the enforcement of this subchapter. Additional enforcement shall be through proceedings brought by the Town Attorney for the town pursuant to I.C. 36-1-6-3 and the related statutes referred to therein.
