§ 91.21 REVOCATION.
   A permit issued pursuant to this chapter may, after the required hearing, be suspended or revoked by the Town Council for any of the following causes:
   (A)   Fraud, misrepresentation or an incorrect statement contained in the application for a permit or made in carrying out the permitted activity;
   (B)   Conviction of any crime or misdemeanor;
   (C)   Conducting such permitted activity in such a manner so as to constitute, on recommendation of the appropriate official, a breach of the peace, a menace to the health, safety or welfare of the public or a disturbance of the peace or comfort of residents of the town;
   (D)   Expiration or cancellation of any required bond or insurance;
   (E)   Actions unauthorized or beyond the scope of the permit granted;
   (F)   Violation of any regulation or provision of this code applicable to the activity for which the permit has been granted or of any regulation or law of the state so applicable; or
   (G)   Failure to continuously comply with all conditions required as precedent to approval of the permit.
