§ 32.02 CANDIDATE RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT.
   (A)   The representative from each ward shall be elected by the voters of the town as a whole.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall be required to reside in the town and shall be elected by the town as a whole.
   (C)   This section came into full force and effect commencing on January 1, 2014, according to law.
