   (B)   Penalty.
      (1)   Whoever violates the parking restrictions schedule shall be fined $50 for the violation. The fine shall be payable directly to the Town Clerk-Treasurer within 30 days of the date of issuance. Any person who fails to pay this fine within 30 days of the violation shall be charged an additional $50.
      (2)   The town may file an action in a court of competent jurisdiction if the aforementioned fine is not paid in a timely manner. If legal action is filed to enforce this section, then the offending party shall be responsible for all court costs and for reasonable attorney fees for the bringing of the action to collect the fine.
