SCHEDULE V. COMMERCIAL TRUCK OPERATIONS.
   (A)   Restrictions. It shall be unlawful for the owner, operator or driver of any truck with more than two axles (including the truck-tractor of a semitrailer), bus, truck-tractor, recreational vehicle, semitrailer or for the person in charge of any of the aforementioned vehicles to operate or park any such vehicle on any portion of Grant Street or Walnut Street.
   (B)   Definitions. For the purpose of this schedule, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. Shall have the same definition as set out in I.C. 9-13-2-150(a).
      SEMITRAILER. Shall have the same definition as set out in I.C. 9-13-2-164(a).
      TRUCK. Shall have the same definition as set out in I.C. 9-13-2-188(a). The term shall not include a pickup truck, with or without a camper shell.
      TRUCK TRACTOR. Shall have the same definition as set out in I.C. 9-13-2-180.
   (C)   Penalty. The fine for a violation of this schedule shall be a fine up to $250. The fine shall be payable directly to the Town Clerk-Treasurer within 30 days of the date of the issuance. The town may file an action in a court of competent jurisdiction if the aforementioned fine is not paid in a timely manner. If legal action is filed to enforce this section, then the offending party shall be responsible for all court costs and for reasonable attorney fees for the bringing of the action to collect the fine.
