§ 31.39 PART-TIME DEPUTY MARSHAL.
   (A)   The position of Part-Time Deputy Marshal is hereby created and shall be filled by an appropriate person who shall work with the Town Marshal to protect and enhance the quality of life in the town by providing a safe and secure environment for all who live, work or visit.
   (B)   The Part-Time Deputy Marshal shall work not more than 30 hours per week and is not eligible for employee benefits.
