§ 31.36 WASTEWATER OPERATOR/ASSISTANT TOWN SUPERVISOR.
   The position of Wastewater Operator/Assistant Town Supervisor is hereby created and shall be filled by an appropriate person who shall assist the Town Supervisor in overseeing and supervising all employees of the town except for the Town Marshal and his or her deputies, and who shall, in addition to those supervisory duties, act as and complete the duties of Wastewater Operator.
