§ 31.35 TOWN SUPERVISOR.
   The position of Town Supervisor is hereby created and shall be filled by an appropriate person who shall oversee and supervise all employees of the town except for the Town Marshal and his or her deputies, and who shall, in addition to those supervisory duties, act as and complete the duties of the Wastewater Superintendent.
