(A) The interlocal agreement made a part hereof by reference, the same being entitled “An Interlocal Agreement Establishing an Interjurisdictional Agency to Be Known as the Howard County Department of Civil Defense”, is hereby entered into and approved as submitted. The President of the Town Council, as the executive officer, is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the town.
(B) Such agreement may be terminated by the enactment of an ordinance repealing this section. Such termination shall be effective at the end of the fiscal year in which said repeal ordinance is enacted.
