§ 30.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires a different meaning. Throughout, “shall” is always mandatory and not merely directory.
   BUILDING. Any building owned by the town and utilized by its citizens, employees, team members or contracted workers. The term BUILDING refers to all interior spaces of the building.
   PERSON. Any human being.
   SMOKING. The carrying or holding of a lit cigarette, cigar, pipe or any other lit smoking equipment, or the inhalation or exhalation of smoke from any lit smoking equipment as defined in I.C. 7.1-5-12-3.
   TEAM MEMBERS. Any person employed or contracted to do work for the town.
   TOWN. The Town of Greentown, Indiana.
   TOWN HALL. The town’s Town Hall, located at 112 North Meridian Street, Greentown, Indiana.
