§ 71.25 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The Town Marshal or Town Deputies shall enforce the provisions of this subchapter.
   (B)   The fines assessed in this subchapter shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer to the town in accordance with the Ordinance Violation Bureau as established by the town.
