(A) The number of occupants in a golf cart shall not exceed the number of persons for whom factory seating is installed.
(B) The operator of a golf cart and all occupants shall remain seated in said factory seating at all times while the golf cart is in motion.
(C) No part of a person’s body may stick outside of the golf cart.
