§ 71.04 OPERATOR, FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
   The operator of a golf cart must be able to show financial responsibility when operating the golf cart. Written proof of financial responsibility must be available at all times either by placing the same on the golf cart or via the carrying of the same by the operator of said golf cart.
